Most decor items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces are shipped via our specialized white-glove delivery service and typically arrive within 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your home products?
Yes, all Evergreen furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal household use.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We exclusively use FSC-certified timber and reclaimed wood to ensure our products have a minimal environmental footprint.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our 'Swatch Request' page to ensure the color and texture are perfect for your space.
Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our larger items include complimentary white-glove assembly. For smaller items requiring assembly, clear instructions and tools are included in the box.
